Operated by VTMN DRIPS Pty Ltd

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of, enrolment in, access to and participation in services and products offered by VTMN DRIPS Pty Ltd, ABN 74 661 203 023, operating as THE VTMN METHOD ("THE VTMN METHOD", "VTMN", "we", "us" or "our").

THE VTMN METHOD provides professional education, business development, mentorship, consulting and advisory services, primarily for registered nurses and other eligible healthcare professionals interested in establishing, developing or growing IV wellness businesses.

Our offerings may include immersions, in-person intensives, private mentorship, one-to-one advisory sessions, group programs, workshops, online courses, recorded education, ebooks, digital resources, operational templates and other related educational products and services.

These Terms apply to all such offerings unless a separate written agreement or product-specific terms expressly apply.

By booking, enrolling, purchasing, accessing or participating in an offering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, subject to your rights under applicable Australian law.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, relevant program descriptions, enrolment information, payment arrangements and any specific service agreement.

Where an offering has additional conditions, including a particular payment schedule, access period or cancellation arrangement, those conditions will be disclosed before purchase and form part of the agreement.

2. OUR EDUCATIONAL APPROACH

THE VTMN METHOD shares the practical experience, knowledge, research, systems and lessons developed through building and operating an IV wellness business.

Our purpose is to help eligible professionals better understand the clinical governance, operational, strategic and commercial considerations associated with developing a business in this industry.

We provide education, frameworks, strategic guidance and practical resources.

We do not provide a franchise, business licence, turnkey business, guaranteed business model or guaranteed pathway to professional or regulatory approval.

Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise arrangement or ongoing commercial affiliation with VTMN.

3. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

Two-day immersion

Our two-day immersion is designed to introduce eligible participants to the foundations of developing an IV wellness business.

The current immersion structure includes:

Day 1: The Foundations

Education covering relevant clinical, operational and compliance considerations, drawing on our experience of operating an IV wellness business.

Where expressly included and clinically appropriate, participants may have the opportunity to experience an IV treatment, subject to separate clinical assessment and consent.

Day 2: The Build

Practical business development activities, frameworks and planning intended to help participants begin structuring and developing their own business.

Where included in the purchased offering, participants may receive access to THE VTMN METHOD Resource Library, which may contain templates, nutrient reference materials, standard operating procedure examples, checklists and other resources.

A post-training individual or paired strategy session may also be included where expressly specified in the relevant offering.

For the existing immersion format, coffee, snacks and lunch are provided during the training days, subject to the event information and any notified changes.

Online courses and digital education

Our online offerings may include self-paced courses, recorded lessons, ebooks, workbooks, downloadable templates, resource collections and other digital educational products.

Each product description will identify its principal inclusions, any professional prerequisites, how access is delivered and the applicable access period.

Private mentorship and consulting

Private engagements may include individual strategy sessions, business development guidance, operational reviews, commercial planning, brand or positioning discussions and other services agreed between the parties.

The scope, duration, inclusions, meeting frequency and deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, booking confirmation or written agreement.

Group programs

Group offerings may include live calls, workshops, shared resources, participant discussions, educational activities, group feedback, private online communities and access to relevant digital materials.

The specific inclusions, access period and delivery arrangements will be described at the time of enrolment.

In-person intensives and workshops

In-person services may include structured education, practical exercises, business development activities, discussions and other activities appropriate to the relevant offering.

Only services expressly included in the purchased offering are included in the price.

4. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND LIMITATIONS

THE VTMN METHOD provides education, general business guidance and information drawn from our experience.

Our materials and discussions do not constitute individual legal, regulatory, financial, accounting, taxation, insurance or clinical advice.

Although programs may address professional practice, clinical governance, compliance and prescribing considerations, information is provided for educational purposes.

It is not a substitute for independent advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

Regulatory requirements may differ according to your location, professional registration, scope of practice, business structure, prescribing arrangements, insurance, staffing and other circumstances.

You are responsible for obtaining advice specific to your circumstances and confirming current legal and professional requirements before establishing or operating a business.

Information reflects our understanding and experience at the relevant time and may become outdated.

We do not warrant that every framework, procedure or approach used in our business is appropriate for yours.

5. PROFESSIONAL ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Some offerings are restricted to registered nurses or other eligible healthcare professionals.

Eligibility requirements will be specified in the relevant program information.

You may be required to provide accurate details of your qualifications, professional registration, experience or competencies.

We may verify registration details or request reasonable supporting evidence where relevant.

You must not misrepresent your professional qualifications, registration, experience or authority to practise.

Participation does not grant:

Professional registration or accreditation.

Prescribing authority.

Authority to administer scheduled medicines.

Cannulation competency.

Clinical competency certification.

Insurance coverage.

Regulatory approval.

A right to practise outside your professional scope.

You remain responsible for maintaining the registrations, competencies, insurance and professional arrangements necessary for your intended work.

6. CANNULATION COMPETENCY

For the existing two-day immersion, participants are expected to be competent and confident in peripheral IV cannulation before attending.

The immersion does not provide initial cannulation training, cannulation competency assessment, competency certification or remediation of cannulation skills.

Participants must independently establish and maintain the competencies appropriate to their professional responsibilities.

We may request evidence of relevant qualifications or competencies where reasonably necessary for safety or eligibility.

Other programs may have different entry requirements, which will be specified before enrolment.

7. BUSINESS OUTCOMES AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY

THE VTMN METHOD provides professional education, practical business knowledge, strategic guidance and resources developed through our experience of establishing and operating an IV wellness business.

Our programs are designed to equip participants with greater knowledge, practical frameworks and a clearer understanding of the clinical, operational and commercial considerations involved in developing their own businesses.

While we are committed to delivering high-quality education and support, individual outcomes will vary. We cannot guarantee the establishment, profitability, growth or financial performance of any participant's business.

Business outcomes depend on factors including professional qualifications, regulatory requirements, individual decisions, implementation, financial investment, market conditions and ongoing business management.

Examples of business performance, participant experiences or commercial results are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise of equivalent outcomes.

Participants remain responsible for their own business decisions, professional obligations and obtaining any independent legal, financial, clinical or regulatory advice required for their circumstances.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to deliver the products and services described in the relevant offering or excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

8. CLINICAL ACTIVITIES AND TREATMENT

Where an IV treatment or another clinical activity is offered as part of an immersion or associated session, it is a separate clinical service from the educational component.

Participation is optional and subject to appropriate clinical assessment, medical screening, prescribing arrangements where required, informed consent and relevant safety requirements.

A treatment is not guaranteed merely because it is described as an opportunity within a program.

A treating practitioner may determine that a participant is unsuitable for treatment.

Any clinical treatment is governed by applicable clinical documentation, professional obligations and relevant VTMN DRIPS terms.

An inability or decision not to receive an optional treatment does not automatically affect participation in the educational component.

Any applicable financial adjustment will be considered in accordance with the purchased offering and Australian Consumer Law.

9. ENROLMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Enrolment may occur through an online booking or payment platform, application process, invoice or other authorised arrangement.

We may assess applications for programs with professional eligibility requirements or limited places.

An application does not guarantee acceptance.

Where an application is declined before services commence, any money paid will be handled in accordance with the relevant booking arrangements and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate enrolment and contact information.

You must notify us of material changes affecting your eligibility or participation.

10. FEES AND PAYMENT

The price of each program, service or product is the amount communicated before purchase or agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, advertised prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment may be processed through Stripe or another nominated payment provider.

Immersion payment options For our two-day immersions, the following payment options may be available, as specified at enrolment.

Pay in Full

Where advertised, participants may receive a discounted price by paying the entire immersion fee at the time of enrolment.

The discount and applicable price will be disclosed before payment. A Pay in Full discount cannot be claimed retrospectively unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Deposit and Balance

Where offered, a $1,000 deposit is required to secure a place in the selected immersion.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date confirmed at enrolment, no later than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event.

A participant's specific balance-payment date will be provided before the booking is confirmed.

If the balance is not paid by the agreed due date, we may provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the missed payment.

If payment remains outstanding, we may cancel the enrolment and release the reserved place.

Where an enrolment is cancelled because of non-payment, the deposit may be retained to the extent permitted by law, having regard to the disclosed conditions and our legitimate costs and losses.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, the total price, instalment amounts, payment dates and any applicable fees will be disclosed and agreed before enrolment.

All instalments must be paid in full no later than two weeks (14 days) before the immersion, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A payment plan is a method of paying the agreed immersion price over time. It does not convert the immersion into a subscription or separate purchases of individual training components.

Failure to make an agreed instalment may result in a payment reminder, notice of default or reasonable suspension of access or enrolment.

If a missed payment is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice, we may cancel the enrolment and release the reserved place, subject to applicable law.

Any retention of payments already made or claim for outstanding fees will be subject to the agreement, our legitimate interests and applicable law.

Payment Before Attendance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, immersion fees must be paid in full before attendance.

We may decline attendance where agreed payments remain outstanding, subject to applicable law.

Other Products and Services

Online courses, digital products, private mentorship, consulting and group programs may have different payment arrangements.

Any deposit, instalment schedule, recurring payment or fixed-term commitment applicable to those offerings will be disclosed before purchase.

We will not charge undisclosed payment fees or retrospectively alter agreed instalment amounts without an appropriate lawful basis.

11. FAILED PAYMENTS AND SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

Where payment is made through an agreed instalment arrangement, you authorise THE VTMN METHOD or its nominated payment provider to process payments on the dates disclosed at enrolment.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and contact you to arrange payment of the outstanding amount.

Where payment remains overdue after appropriate notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the default, we may suspend access to future sessions, online learning platforms, digital resources or other services not yet delivered.

Continued non-payment may result in termination of the relevant enrolment or engagement, subject to the agreed payment conditions and applicable law.

Voluntary withdrawal from a fixed-term program or payment plan does not automatically cancel an existing obligation to pay the agreed fees.

Any outstanding amount remains subject to the terms of the agreement, applicable cancellation provisions and statutory rights.

We will not impose undisclosed charges or retain payments in a manner that is unlawful or unfair.

12. TWO-DAY IMMERSION CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

Limited Places and Booking Commitments

Places in our two-day immersions are intentionally limited.

As a boutique education provider, THE VTMN METHOD commits venue, catering, presenter, preparation, administrative and resource costs in advance based on confirmed enrolments.

A confirmed booking reserves a place that may no longer be available to another eligible participant.

Participants are responsible for checking their availability, eligibility and financial arrangements before enrolling.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Once an immersion booking is confirmed, we do not provide refunds for voluntary cancellation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, changes in work or personal circumstances, inability to attend or a decision not to proceed.

This applies whether the participant has paid in full, paid a deposit or entered an agreed payment plan.

The fact that an immersion has not yet commenced does not, by itself, entitle a participant to a change-of-mind refund.

This policy applies only to voluntary cancellations and does not exclude any right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Any retention of payments or claim for outstanding fees following cancellation will be subject to the agreement, our legitimate interests, the circumstances of cancellation and applicable law.

One-Time Transfer to a Future Immersion

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

A participant who is unable to attend may submit a written request to transfer their enrolment to a future scheduled immersion.

THE VTMN METHOD may approve one transfer, subject to availability, continued professional eligibility and operational requirements.

An approved voluntary transfer is subject to a $500 transfer fee, to the extent that the fee is reasonable, properly disclosed and lawful in the circumstances.

THE VTMN METHOD may reduce or waive this fee at its discretion.

Any decision to reduce or waive a fee in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in another.

A transfer is not confirmed until approved in writing and any applicable fee or agreed outstanding payment has been addressed.

Payments already made towards the original immersion will be credited towards the approved replacement immersion, subject to the agreed arrangements and applicable law.

Only one voluntary transfer is permitted per enrolment unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We do not guarantee that future immersions will be available on particular dates or at particular locations.

A participant who does not attend their approved replacement immersion does not automatically become entitled to a refund or another transfer.

Transfer to Another Participant

A participant may request approval to substitute another eligible attendee.

Any replacement participant must meet the relevant professional requirements, be approved by VTMN and agree to these Terms before attending.

A substitution is not guaranteed.

Changes or Cancellation by VTMN

If we cancel, materially change or are unable to provide an immersion as agreed, we will consider appropriate alternatives and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.

The no-change-of-mind-refund and transfer provisions do not override statutory rights arising from a failure to provide services in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

13. ONLINE COURSES, DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND

DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES THE VTMN METHOD may offer online courses, recorded training, ebooks, workbooks, templates, guides, checklists, resource collections and other digital educational products.

Access and Delivery

Digital content may be made available immediately after payment or through access instructions provided shortly afterwards.

Where a course is delivered in stages, the applicable release schedule will be described before purchase.

The relevant product description will specify the principal inclusions, professional prerequisites and access period.

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

Digital educational products may be accessed, viewed, retained or downloaded once made available.

Because purchasers may receive immediate access to valuable intellectual property, educational content and downloadable resources, THE VTMN METHOD does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the content, deciding not to continue or dissatisfaction with personal progress.

A purchaser is not entitled to a change-of-mind refund merely because they have viewed, downloaded or retained the materials and subsequently decide they no longer wish to use them.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any statutory right or remedy where a digital product or service is not supplied as agreed, is materially misdescribed or fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Access Periods

Access to digital products and online learning platforms is provided for the period stated at purchase.

Lifetime access is not included unless expressly advertised.

Where ongoing access or updates are included, those commitments will be described in the product information.

Use and Sharing

Purchase grants the limited licence described in Section 23.

Purchasers must not share login credentials, distribute purchased files, reproduce course content for third parties or use the materials to create competing educational products without permission.

The ability to download a file does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Professional Responsibility

Digital resources are educational examples. They are not certified legal documents, clinical protocols or universally applicable compliance solutions.

Purchasers must independently review and adapt materials before using them in professional or business operations.

14. PROGRAM DURATION AND ACCESS PERIODS

Where an online course, group program or mentoring engagement includes different forms of access, the relevant product description will specify the duration of each component.

Access to live calls, mentoring sessions, online communities, recordings, course modules and downloadable resources may be provided for different periods.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to live sessions, ongoing support or a private community ends when the relevant program or engagement concludes.

Where a program has a specified commencement date, the access period begins on that date, even if a participant does not attend an introductory session or chooses not to participate immediately.

Any additional access to recordings, educational materials or other resources after the active program period will be provided only where included in the purchased offering.

We will honour the access periods and inclusions disclosed at purchase, subject to applicable law.

15. PRIVATE MENTORSHIP AND CONSULTING ARRANGEMENTS

Private mentorship and consulting engagements are governed by the scope agreed at purchase or in a separate written proposal.

The agreement should identify the service period, included sessions, deliverables, payment arrangements and any relevant access or support boundaries.

Unless expressly included, private mentorship does not provide unlimited access to the founder, unlimited messaging, unlimited document review or ongoing support outside the agreed engagement.

Appointments must be booked through the nominated process.

Requests to reschedule should be made with reasonable notice.

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling period for private sessions must be disclosed before purchase or agreed in writing.

Private engagements do not carry a general right to a refund for change of mind or a decision not to proceed, subject to applicable statutory rights and the agreed terms.

Unused sessions, missed appointments, early termination and refunds will be managed according to the relevant agreement, work undertaken, reasonable committed costs and applicable law.

Where a private engagement is ended early, we will consider services already supplied, work undertaken, any reasonable committed costs and the parties' statutory rights.

We will not impose an undisclosed or unfair forfeiture of all remaining fees.

16. GROUP PROGRAM ARRANGEMENTS

Group programs may include scheduled calls, workshops, recordings, digital resources, discussions and other activities specified in the relevant offer.

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and accessing materials during the stated availability period.

Where recordings or replays are included, we will explain the intended access arrangements.

We may make reasonable changes to schedules, presenters, platforms or content where necessary, provided the overall service remains consistent with the agreed offering and applicable law.

Group participation does not include private consulting unless expressly stated.

A participant's change of mind, failure to attend or decision not to complete a group program does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Any fixed-term payment commitment, cancellation arrangement, transfer option or renewal condition specific to a group program will be disclosed before purchase.

Where a membership renews automatically, the renewal price, frequency and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed.

All conditions remain subject to applicable statutory rights.

17. ONLINE COMMUNITIES AND GROUP PARTICIPATION

Where an offering includes access to a private online community, participants are expected to contribute professionally and respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of others.

Participants must not use the community to solicit business, promote unrelated commercial products or services, distribute unsolicited advertising or recruit other members for competing programs without prior permission.

Participants must not share private community discussions, screenshots, recordings, personal information or confidential business information outside the group without appropriate permission.

THE VTMN METHOD may moderate discussions and take reasonable action where conduct breaches these requirements or materially disrupts the learning environment.

Access to a community is limited to the period specified in the purchased offering, unless otherwise agreed.

Any suspension or termination will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable law.

18. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY VTMN

We may need to reschedule, relocate, change or cancel a program because of illness, venue issues, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances or other legitimate operational reasons.

We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Where a change is material, we will consider reasonable alternatives and any remedies required by law.

If we cancel a program and cannot provide an appropriate alternative, participants will receive any refund or other remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for unrelated travel, accommodation or other expenses except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where otherwise agreed.

19. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

Participants are expected to attend scheduled activities and engage professionally.

For the two-day immersion, attendance across both days is expected.

Some activities may be restricted to participants who satisfy relevant professional, clinical or safety requirements.

We may reasonably restrict participation in an activity where necessary to manage safety or professional risks.

Where an attendance or completion certificate is offered, its issue may depend on meeting the stated participation requirements.

20. CERTIFICATES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Where specified, participants who satisfactorily complete an eligible program may receive a Certificate of Completion.

A Certificate of Completion records participation in the relevant educational offering.

It does not constitute professional registration, accreditation, a clinical competency certificate, prescribing authority or approval to operate a healthcare business.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a program qualifies for continuing professional development under their applicable professional requirements.

We do not guarantee that a particular regulator, employer, insurer or professional body will recognise any specified number of CPD hours unless expressly confirmed.

21. RESOURCE LIBRARY AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

Where included in a purchased offering, participants may receive access to THE VTMN METHOD Resource Library.

Materials may include templates, checklists, operational examples, business tools, presentations, nutrient reference information and standard operating procedure examples.

These materials are educational resources, not documents certified as suitable for every business.

Participants must independently review and adapt resources to their own professional scope, operating environment and applicable requirements.

Where appropriate, participants should obtain independent legal, clinical, regulatory or professional review before implementing resources.

Access periods and inclusions will be specified in the relevant offering.

We may update materials to improve accuracy, functionality or educational value.

We are not obliged to provide indefinite access or unlimited future updates unless expressly included in the purchase.

22. EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND IMPLEMENTATION

Any templates, standard operating procedure examples, clinical reference materials, checklists, business tools or other practical resources are provided as examples of approaches and considerations relevant to professional and business development.

They are not represented as complete, legally compliant or clinically appropriate for every participant or business.

Participants are responsible for independently checking the accuracy, currency and suitability of the resources before implementation.

Where a resource concerns clinical care, medicines, prescribing, privacy, professional regulation, insurance or legal compliance, participants should obtain advice or approval from appropriately qualified professionals where required.

THE VTMN METHOD does not undertake to establish or verify a participant's individual compliance arrangements merely by supplying an educational resource.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All educational materials, templates, frameworks, presentations, checklists, SOP examples, reference materials, recordings, written content, systems, processes, branding and other intellectual property supplied by THE VTMN METHOD remain owned by VTMN or the relevant third-party rights holder.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, your purchase provides a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for your own professional education and legitimate internal business development.

You may adapt eligible templates for internal use within your own business where the relevant resource permits this.

You must not, without prior written permission, sell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly publish, commercially reproduce or supply the materials to unrelated third parties.

You must not use our materials to create or deliver a competing education or training product, upload them to public resource libraries, represent them as your own original educational content or remove ownership notices.

You must not upload confidential or proprietary VTMN materials to public or third-party AI systems for the purpose of reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting our intellectual property without permission.

You must not share paid course access, downloadable resources or account credentials with another person or business unless expressly authorised.

These restrictions do not prevent lawful independent business activity or the use of general skills and knowledge acquired through participation.

They do not restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. CONFIDENTIALITY

Programs and private engagements may involve confidential information belonging to VTMN or other participants.

This may include business plans, pricing, suppliers, operational procedures, financial information, internal systems, professional experiences and other commercially sensitive information.

Participants agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through an engagement without appropriate authority, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and must not share identifiable personal or business information obtained through group activities without permission.

VTMN will also take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared in private mentorship and consulting engagements.

Information is not confidential merely because it relates to an industry topic.

General knowledge, independently developed expertise and information lawfully available to the public are not restricted solely by these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a lawful report to a regulator, disclosure required by law or obtaining independent professional advice.

25. USE OF GENERAL THEMES AND DE-IDENTIFIED INSIGHTS

THE VTMN METHOD may draw upon general themes, recurring questions, common industry challenges, professional observations and educational insights arising from its programs, mentorship and consulting work.

These may inform future educational materials, articles, social media content, presentations, workshops and marketing communications.

We will not intentionally identify a private client or participant, disclose protected confidential business information or publish identifiable details of private conversations without appropriate permission.

We may use appropriately de-identified experiences and observations where an individual or business is not reasonably identifiable.

Participants may request in writing that insights derived from their private engagement not be used for external educational or marketing purposes, including in de-identified form.

We will respect such requests in relation to future use of information derived from that engagement.

This does not restrict VTMN from using its independently developed expertise, general professional knowledge or publicly available information.

This section must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and does not override applicable privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property obligations.

26. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

THE VTMN METHOD may photograph, film and record immersions, intensives, workshops and other events for educational, editorial, promotional and marketing purposes.

Content may include general event footage, presentations, demonstrations, group activities, photographs and video featuring participants.

Where a participant provides appropriate media consent during registration or through another consent process, VTMN may use identifiable photographs, footage and audio of that participant for the purposes described in the consent.

This may include use on our website, social media, email communications, advertisements, educational materials and promotions for future programs.

Where consent covers these uses, VTMN does not need to obtain separate approval before each individual publication falling within the agreed scope.

Media consent must be appropriately informed and voluntary.

Participants may decline promotional media consent or withdraw it for future uses by contacting VTMN.

We will take reasonable steps to accommodate participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional content.

We may use non-identifying event imagery and footage where lawful and appropriate.

We will not intentionally publish private discussions, confidential business information, sensitive personal information or identifiable patient information without appropriate authority.

Withdrawal of consent will apply to future uses where reasonably practicable.

We will consider reasonable requests relating to content already published.

27. PARTICIPANT PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Participants must not record private mentoring sessions, confidential program discussions, presentations or other participants without appropriate permission.

Personal photographs may be permitted during events where this does not interfere with activities, breach confidentiality or infringe the rights of others.

Participants must not publish identifiable images, recordings or confidential information about another participant without appropriate permission.

Program recordings and materials must not be redistributed outside their authorised audience.

VTMN may impose reasonable restrictions on photography and recording during clinical, confidential or commercially sensitive activities.

28. ONLINE SESSIONS, FATHOM AND AI TOOLS

We may use Google Meet, Zoom, Fathom, ChatGPT, Claude and other relevant technologies to support online sessions, meeting documentation, educational planning and consulting delivery.

Where a session will be recorded or transcribed, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.

Private mentoring recordings and transcripts are treated as confidential client information and are not automatically available to other participants.

Group session recordings may be made available to enrolled participants where this is part of the program and participants have been informed of the arrangements.

AI-generated summaries may be used to document discussions, prepare action items and support service delivery.

Participants should not upload or disclose identifiable patient records or unnecessary sensitive information through general program activities or AI systems.

Use of personal information through these technologies is governed by our Privacy Policy.

29. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK

We may invite participants to provide feedback about our programs and services.

We may use genuinely de-identified feedback or general observations for educational and promotional purposes where lawful, accurate and not misleading.

Removing a name alone does not necessarily make feedback anonymous. We will consider whether the person or business could reasonably be identified through other details.

Where feedback identifies or is reasonably likely to identify an individual or business, appropriate publication permission will be obtained.

We will not knowingly misrepresent participant feedback, fabricate testimonials or materially change the meaning of a statement.

Any promotional use of feedback must comply with applicable advertising and consumer laws.

30. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may provide information about programs, resources, events and related services through email and other communications.

Electronic marketing will be sent where consent has been obtained or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Purchasing a program does not provide unrestricted consent to unrelated marketing.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the available unsubscribe process.

Necessary program communications, including booking details, session information, resources and important administrative updates, may continue independently of optional marketing.

31. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

THE VTMN METHOD is intended to provide a professional, respectful and supportive learning environment.

Participants must treat VTMN staff, presenters, contractors and other participants appropriately.

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive conduct, serious disruption, unsafe behaviour or unlawful activity will not be tolerated.

We may take proportionate action in response to misconduct, including issuing a warning, restricting participation or requiring a person to leave an event where reasonably necessary.

Any suspension or termination of access and associated financial consequences will be considered in accordance with the circumstances, these Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a participant from raising a genuine concern, making a lawful complaint or reporting misconduct.

32. THIRD-PARTY PROFESSIONALS AND SUPPLIERS

We may refer participants to external lawyers, accountants, insurers, prescribing practitioners, suppliers, consultants or other professionals.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, those parties provide their services independently.

A referral does not guarantee the quality, availability, suitability or outcome of a third-party service.

Participants are responsible for evaluating and entering their own arrangements with external providers.

We will disclose material referral arrangements or conflicts of interest where required by law.

We do not guarantee that any particular supplier or prescribing arrangement will be suitable or available for a participant's business.

33. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information may be processed through external booking, payment, communication, recording and AI platforms used to operate the business.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that any personal information about third parties shared with VTMN can lawfully be disclosed.

The Privacy Policy explains our approach to confidentiality, recordings, event photography, marketing, de-identified educational insights, access requests and privacy complaints.

34. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND REFUNDS

Our services and products come with consumer guarantees and statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where a service or product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, repeat service, repair, replacement, compensation or another remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the product or service.

We do not provide refunds merely because a participant changes their mind, cannot attend, decides not to use purchased materials or does not achieve a desired business result.

However, any cancellation fee, deposit forfeiture, transfer charge or termination arrangement must be lawful, properly disclosed and enforceable.

We will assess requests for statutory remedies according to the purchased offering, services or products supplied, work undertaken, the circumstances and applicable legal obligations.

35. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, participants are responsible for their own professional, regulatory, financial and business decisions.

THE VTMN METHOD provides educational information and resources, but does not assume responsibility for independently establishing, managing or operating a participant's business.

VTMN is not responsible for business outcomes arising from a participant's independent decisions, implementation, use of educational materials outside their intended purpose, failure to verify regulatory requirements or failure to obtain appropriate professional advice, except to the extent VTMN is legally responsible.

We do not guarantee that our educational approaches, business frameworks or examples will produce particular results or satisfy every participant's individual legal, professional or commercial requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, negligence, breach of statutory duty, failure to meet applicable consumer guarantees or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

36. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

If a concern arises about a program, payment, engagement or other service, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

We encourage participants to raise concerns promptly and provide relevant details.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a participant from seeking independent legal advice, contacting an appropriate regulator or exercising lawful rights.

37. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, operations or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or materially alter an existing purchase agreement without an appropriate lawful basis.

Unless otherwise lawfully agreed, the Terms and product-specific conditions accepted at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.

38. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth legislation.

The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and applicable Commonwealth courts, subject to any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution.

39. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

40. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the relevant program or product description, enrolment confirmation, agreed payment arrangements and any applicable written service agreement form the agreement between the participant and THE VTMN METHOD.

Where a separately negotiated agreement expressly addresses a particular matter, that agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
