The Intensive is a private 1:1 day for IV business founders who need to step out of the business, zoom out and work through what’s actually on their mind.

When you’re the one running the business, you rarely have a moment to stop. You’re making all the decisions, solving problems, thinking about what’s next and trying to keep everything moving.

Sometimes, you just need a day to zoom out, sit down with someone who understands the IV world and talk it all through, what’s working, what isn’t, what you’ve been thinking about and where you want to take things next.

That’s what this day is.

YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER PERSON TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO.

You know your business. You know your clients. You know what you’re trying to build.

I’m not coming in with a formula or telling you how your business should work. I’m coming in beside you.

We’ll talk through what’s happening, what’s not working, what you’re thinking about and what’s taking up too much space in your head. I’ll ask questions, challenge things when they need challenging and share what I’ve learnt from building my own business.

And together, we’ll work out what makes sense for you.

Maybe you’re thinking about starting something new. Maybe you’re stuck on an idea or trying to work out what comes next.

Maybe your business is growing and suddenly everything feels harder. Or maybe it isn’t growing in the way you had hoped and you can’t figure out why.

Or maybe you simply need a day to stop, step back and look at the bigger picture so you can refocus.

There’s no set agenda. We start with what’s taking up the most space in your head.

A DAY TO ZOOM OUT.

Before the day, we’ll have a conversation about where you’re at, what you’re working through and what you’d like to get from our time together.

Then we spend the day together. Talking, questioning, brainstorming, pulling things apart and looking at things differently. Sometimes we’ll have a clear answer. Sometimes we’ll realise the question was wrong in the first place. And sometimes we’ll simply work it out as we go.

You’ll leave with a clearer head, some decisions made and a better idea of what comes next. Not a huge list of things you should be doing. Just the things that actually matter.

THINK OF ME AS YOUR WINGMAN.

Someone who has been in the thick of building an IV business too. But someone who can see things from the outside when you can’t.

Someone to say, “Have you thought about it like this?” Or, “I don’t think that’s actually the problem.” Maybe, “You don’t need to do that yet.” Or simply, “Yep. I think you’re onto something.”

I’m not here to have all the answers. I’m here to sit beside you, bring a different perspective and help you work through the things that are difficult to see when you’re in the middle of them.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME.

I’m Meghan, Co-founder of VTMN and The VTMN Method.

I’m still very much in the business of building. I’ve made mistakes. Changed my mind. Tried things that didn’t work. Built systems because I had to. Made decisions without knowing whether they were the right ones.

But I’ve learnt a lot along the way. And I’ve realised how valuable it is to have someone you can sit with who gets it. Someone who isn’t emotionally attached to your business. Someone who can zoom out when you’re too close.

That’s what I want to be for you.

A full day together, completely tailored around you, your business and whatever you need to figure out.

After the day
A summary of what we worked through and the key things to take forward. PLUS 4 weeks of voice-note/message support while you implement and integrate.
