THE VTMN METHOD
Deposit Terms & Participant Acknowledgement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the conditions relating to enrolment and the deposit required to secure a place in The VTMN Method, delivered by VTMN DRIPS Pty Ltd (“VTMN”).
By submitting your enrolment and deposit, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. Participant Acknowledgement
By completing your enrolment, you acknowledge that:
You understand that The VTMN Method is an educational program only.
You understand that VTMN is sharing its own experience, processes and interpretation of relevant requirements.
You understand that VTMN’s interpretation is not legal or regulatory advice.
You understand that you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your own practice and business operate within the legal, regulatory, professional and insurance framework applicable to you.
You understand that cannulation training and competency assessment are not provided as part of The VTMN Method.
You confirm that you are already cannulation competent before attending.
You understand that VTMN does not guarantee business success, profitability or any particular financial or business outcome.
You understand that any clinical treatment provided during or in connection with the program is subject to separate clinical assessment, suitability and consent.
You understand that the information provided during The VTMN Method should be considered in the context of your own professional responsibilities and circumstances.
2. Deposit & Payment
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in The VTMN Method.
The deposit is applied toward the total investment of the program.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the training date.
Your place is not considered secured until the $500 deposit has been received.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The $500 deposit is non-refundable in the event that you cancel your enrolment or are unable to attend the scheduled training.
If you need to change your training date, you must contact VTMN as soon as possible.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and approval by VTMN and are not guaranteed.
Where VTMN approves a transfer to an alternative training date, the deposit may be transferred to that date.
If no suitable alternative date is available, the deposit will remain forfeited.
Failure to attend the scheduled training without an approved transfer will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Transfer of Place
Your place in The VTMN Method is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by VTMN in writing.
Any approved transfer must be arranged with VTMN prior to the training date.
5. Eligibility
VTMN reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a Participant’s place where the Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements of The VTMN Method or where participation would be inappropriate for the program.
6. Cancellation by VTMN
If VTMN cancels the training program and is unable to provide a suitable alternative training date, the Participant will receive a full refund of their $500 deposit.
Where an alternative date is offered, the Participant may elect to transfer their deposit to the alternative date.

All requests relating to deposits, cancellations, rescheduling or other enquiries regarding The VTMN Method should be made in writing to:
