We're Meghan and Kate, two Registered Nurses, business owners and the founders of VTMN IV Lounge on the Gold Coast.
We started VTMN in 2021 with a vision to create something different. A space where healthcare meets self-care, without compromising the clinical standards that matter most.
What started as an idea has grown into a successful IV wellness business. Along the way, we've learnt A LOT. And we're here to share it.
We created what we wish existed when we started.
We spent years figuring things out ourselves. Endless Googling, asking questions, making mistakes and trying to piece together information that never seemed to exist in one place.
We knew how to be nurses. What we didn't know was how to turn that clinical experience into a business. And that's a very different skill set.
We also know what it's like to love nursing but not want to sell your soul to night shift for the rest of your career. To want more freedom, flexibility and the opportunity to build something you're genuinely proud of.
The VTMN Method was created to bridge the gap between being a great nurse and becoming a confident business owner.
No gatekeeping. If anything, we overshare.
We share the roadmap we've spent years building. Our systems, processes, clinical considerations, business strategies, lessons learnt and the things we'd do differently if we were starting again tomorrow.
Not because we want you to build another VTMN, but because we want to give you the knowledge and confidence to build something entirely your own.
We're not here to license you or make you dependent on us. We want you to understand your business inside and out and have the confidence to take ownership of it.
The industry doesn't need more cowboys.
It needs good nurses doing good things, for the right reasons.
As the IV wellness industry continues to grow, we feel a responsibility to play a part in how it grows.
We deliberately keep our training small because we care about the quality of education we deliver and the nurses entering this space. We want people who have integrity, genuinely care about their clients and understand that clinical responsibility doesn't disappear just because something is popular in the wellness world.
